MailerLite MemberVault integration: setup steps and what syncs

Last materially reviewed 2026-10-03

Quick answerMemberVault has a direct MailerLite connection built by MemberVault. It sends subscriber and purchaser information one way, from MemberVault into MailerLite.

How the MemberVault connection works

MailerLite's directory labels MemberVault a partner integration and names MemberVault as the developer. It sends subscriber and purchaser information from MemberVault to MailerLite. No connector such as Zapier is needed.

MemberVault hosts digital offers such as courses, memberships, challenges and downloads, and tracks how people engage with them. The connection lets that signup and purchase activity add people to your MailerLite list.

Set it up

  1. In MailerLite, generate an API key under Integrations.
  2. In the MemberVault admin menu, open Integrations, then Email.
  3. Choose MailerLite as the company.
  4. Paste the MailerLite API key. MemberVault fills in the API URL for you.
  5. Save, then add yourself to a product as a test and look for the new subscriber in MailerLite.

Treat the API key like a password. Anyone holding it can read and change your subscriber list, so create a separate key for MemberVault and delete it if you stop using the connection. See how MailerLite API access works.

What moves and what does not

Because the flow is one way, an unsubscribe in MailerLite does not remove anyone's access in MemberVault, and campaign activity does not appear there. Manage email preferences in MailerLite and product access in MemberVault.

Use groups to act on purchases

The value of the connection is in what MailerLite does after the person arrives. Put buyers of each product into their own group, then start a MailerLite automation from that group for onboarding or follow-up. Check in a test which group or field MemberVault writes to before you build sequences around it, because the MailerLite listing does not spell out the mapping.

Is it the right pairing?

It fits a solo creator who wants course or membership signups to feed an email list without a third tool in the middle. If you already sell on another platform, compare the route there first: Teachable needs a connector, and the integrations overview lists what else connects directly.
